Step 1. Purchase a circuit board from an electronic shop. A Circuit board is made of a strong fiber which will give unusual strength to your heli. The circuit board will serve as the main body of the RC helicopter.
Step 2. The circuit board must be cut to a rectangular shape (98mm by 12mm). Create a hole in it which will be used to house the main shaft holding tube.
Step 3. The main shaft holding tube is made from a white plastic tube (5.4mm by 6.8mm) and two bearings (3 by 6) should be installed at both ends of the tube. Of course, the ends of the tube are first enlarged in order to house the bearing firmly.
Step 4. The next step is to install the gear as well as the motor. You may use a Tamiya gear set. Drill some holes on the gear in order to make it lighter and have a better look.
Step 5. Fix the tail boom on the main body by 2 screws using an epoxy adhesive
Step 6. For the landing gear, 2mm carbon robs are used. A total of 4 holes are drilled on the main body (2 holes on each end).
Step 7. All the rods are glued together by instant glue first and then by epoxy adhesive.
